Your Career

Associate Customer Success Architects are responsible for ensuring that the Customer Success Architect team is supported in the goal of helping customers meet their objectives with Cortex XDR and supporting products.

Your Impact

Time to value – Analyze customer requirements, provide guidance, & assistance throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure a quick and successful product deployment

Drive product adoption – Continuous contact with customers to expand adoption of our product by utilizing new features and developing additional innovative use cases.

Attain knowledge about the most groundbreaking Cortex XDR platform while gaining experience in Customer Success as a practice.

Produce a capstone project and form connections that can be referenced as you journey into a full-time career.



Received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus in Cyber Security, Network Telecommunications, or Computer Systems preferred.

Produce and maintain documents and internal tools used by the CSA team.

Work independently and collaboratively to guide customers through their onboarding process with Cortex XDR

Experience or coursework in

Computer networking (TCP/IP, OSI Model, Troubleshooting, Analysis)

Basic Linux system administration & troubleshooting

Automation: Python or Java

Desire to have customer-facing experiences

Having the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.

Fluency in English is a requirement. Any other language is a plus.

1 to 2 years of experience

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $118,500/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
