Your Primary Function Consultants are responsible for identifying / securing job opportunities within organisations and attracting then short-listing potential candidates to successfully fill the roles. Consultants are also responsible for developing and managing long standing relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
