Job description: Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Digital Brand Management Associate for a large pet care company. In this role you will be focusing on brand awareness, content creation, graphic design, and communication. If you are a team player, but can also work independently, are able to multi task, and have a background in communication, marketing, advertising, or digital media, then this is the role for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute strategic sourcing and employment brand strategies to completion within timelines, as identified by Digital Brand Management leadership team

  • Create internal and external awareness toward diversity, gender balance, disability, and veteran hiring, including robust pipeline development and tailored employment branding and recruitment marketing tactics
  • Identify best in class brand and sourcing strategies metrics and Return on Investment (ROI) accountability, execute against the plan, and communicate performance to necessary parties.
  • Learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/Contact Relationship Management (CRM) technology to deliver upon recruiting customer groups’ talent sourcing objectives.
  • Research current labor market, generational, and technology trends and ensure the employment brand is relevant to target candidates and maintains a competitive edge
  • Work closely with recruiters on the Talent Acquisition team
  • Data analysis, review ROI of strategies, research market technology trends to maintain a competitive edge, create DE&I awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or Talent Acquisition

  • 1+ years of experience using technology to create and execute recruiting, marketing, or digital social communication strategies
  • 6+ months experience in content creation and 6+ months experience with design software (Bannersnack, Canva, Photoshop or similar) preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree OR internship in Human Resources or Marketing preferred


  • 6+ months of experience in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Talent Acquisition, or related field
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using recruitment or marketing technology to create and execute recruitment- or brand-marketing, digital social communications, or similar.
