This position will support our sales team and designers with a focus on our luxury and premium product lines for both House of Rohl and Moen. We have offices in Irvine CA, Charleston SC, and Cleveland OH and are also open to remote candidates.

We have a great opportunity for you to join our sales support team. This position will support our sales team and designers with a focus on our luxury and premium product lines for both House of Rohl and Moen. We have offices in Irvine CA, Charleston SC, and Cleveland OH and are also open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Support field sales administrative requests and technical support to maximize sales force efficiency
  • Facilitate internal navigation for field sales within the Water Innovation organization (customer service, quality, marketing, finance, etc.)
  • Order Entry – Sales product order entry for sales samples, merchandise, and literature
  • Order Inquiry – Coordinate with Customer Service on status of customer and sales orders and expedite as required
  • Build customer facing presentations and graphics for field sales
  • Perform Inside Sales Rep duties as required to support development succession
  • Work collaboratively with inside and outside sales and operations in the wholesale trade channel to provide product technical assistance
  • Perform all other ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales support experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree may offset some or all of the experience requirement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm and endurance.
  • Hunger for driving sales in a competitive environment
  • Desire for career progression within Marketing or Sales
  • Willingness to career progress and relocate for field sales opportunity within 3-years
  • Ability to travel for meetings up to 10%.
