RS Recruitment & Training is assisting an IT COMPANY, to recruit IT SALES REPRESENTATIVES, one to work in the JOHANNESBURG/PRETORIA area and the other to be based in DURBAN. Up to R15,000 basic plus commission, travel allowance and 50% medical aid.

OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN PROVIDING ON-SITE AND REMOTE SUPPORT SERVICES NATIONALLY FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS.

Applicants should have/be the following:

Three to five years of sales experience in the IT or technology fields (IT, software, VoIP, copier etc.).

Customer-focused.

Self-driven.

A good record of achieving targets

Their own vehicle with valid drivers license.

Key performance areas:

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Present, promote and sell IT networking services.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Remuneration:

Up to R15 000 basic salary plus commission, travel allowance and 50% medical aid contribution.
