Job description: **Volt is immediately hiring a MFG Tech II for a leading organization in Fremont, CA**

**Two Shift Options!**

Day Shift: 7 am – 3:30 pm

Pay Rate (Day Shift): $22 hourly

Swing Shift: 3 pm – 11:30 pm

Pay Rate (Swing Shift): $23.50 hourly

*Optional OT on Saturdays with a $75 shift bonus!*

Volt is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment

Responsibilities:

• Server/Computer repair technicians troubleshoot computer systems and install additional software.

• Evaluate reliability, compatibility and functionality of server products.

• Build, test, and troubleshoot all new products.

• Test, Benchmark and document all findings for new products.

• Ensures finished products meet company standards.

• Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• C++ Programming Language (preferred)

• AA, BS in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.

• Experience in assembling computer systems

• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards will be a plus

• Good communication skills, including both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds (required)

• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
