• The Program Coordinator will work with the Channel Operations group within the Industry Partnerships team.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Focus areas for this role include end-to-end management of Business Reviews, Channel Readiness and Channel Activation initiatives.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include supporting account planning, quarterly business reviews, external business reviews, initiative readiness and sales activation.

Succeeding in this role will require program management skills, process orientation, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, developing leadership-level presentation decks and problem solving.

Working within the Channel Operations group requires thriving in an ambiguous, dynamic work environment and driving stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications (MQs) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience in program management
• Experience in consumer goods industry
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Exceptional and proven follow up and follow through
• Proven track record with problem solving and driving business outcomes in time-sensitive environments
• Natural ability to build strong relationships, maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated
• Excellent presentation and data modeling skills (Client Workspace/Microsoft Office)

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in program management

Experience working in consumer electronics or wearables technologies

Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects, cross-functional stakeholders and tight deadlines in a high paced, dynamic environment

Proven track-record with solving ambiguous problems, working independently and balancing long-term strategic thinking with near-term execution skills

Working with complex data and conducting meaningful synthesis

Experience with conducting leadership-level presentations including business reviews and other periodic forums

Expected salary: $29.22 – 35.63 per hour
