Our client offers a fast and inexpensive AI-enabled Fraud detection platform that automates and streamlines the rental application process. They eliminate the risk of fraud in the leasing process for the largest property management firms worldwide through the screening and verification of applicants, by determining the authenticity of financial documents. By digitally detecting fraud among an alarming 12.5% of financial documents analyzed with an accuracy rate of 99.8%, they have revolutionized the rental screening process!
About the role:
- $60,000-$90,000 base salary, $120,000-$180,000 OTE, uncapped.
- Managing and expanding a territory consisting of multiple properties within the portfolios of North America’s largest Property Management firms.
- Relationship establishment and development with key stakeholders.
- Entails both business development and account management.
- Balance between outside and inside sales.
- Measured on expansion rates.
- Requires travel considered necessary by the Regional Sales Director.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience. Experience within the property management industry is a plus.
- Experience selling to and interacting with C-Level executives, experience with senior management and ownership groups is a plus.
- Elite interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an instinct for hunting and prospecting.
- The character to adapt, thrive and develop within an energetic and fast paced environment.
