About the job
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you’ll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to executive management. You’ll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.
Google’s Global Ads Partnerships (GAP) team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business, and bring partners on board to help drive Google’s Ads business. The team partners with large technology companies, advertisers, publishers, and service providers across a broad range of advertising products.
GAP’s Ad Impact Measurement (AIM) team proves return on investment to brand advertisers via partnerships that enable privacy-safe and accurate outcomes measurement. The AIM Team works on several measurement products that provide insights by assessing the outcomes of Ad Campaigns and Annual Marketing Spend. Our products include Media Mix Models, Online to Offline Sales Lift Studies, Brand Lift Studies, and Multi-Touch Attribution. The AIM Team conducts Deal Negotiations, Strategic Relationship Management with key partners, and Program Management to ensure that these partner reliant Ad Measurement Products function properly and meet relevant KPIs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$144,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
